Return/Refund Policy

If any product received was damaged, defective or if an incorrect product was shipped, it must be reported to Lynn's Home Living within 48 hours from delivery. Any defective product or a product damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to buyer. The buyer will then be advised of the steps necessary to receive product replacement.  A restocking fee may be charged when product is not replaced.  Please send an email to: sales@lynnshomeliving.com with any product or shipping concerns.

Most products that are not considered custom are returnable provided that they are in a resaleable, new and unused condition, however, many products carry between a 10% and 30% restocking fee.

SPI figurines are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.  The fee is determined by the product.  The smaller figurines begin at 15%.

Meyda Tiffany Lamps are subject to a 30% restocking fee, Anderson Teak is 25%, Fire Sense is 15%, Buyenlarge is 15%, JooJoo is 15%, Picnic Time is 15%, H&K Metal Sculptures is 20%, and OTEM carries a 20% restocking fee. 

Pro Tour Memorabilia, SuperStar Greetings and hand-signed Upper Deck merchandise are considered custom, and therefore, most products are not returnable.  There are exceptions on products in which they do not consider custom, however, returns will also incur a restocking fee.

Please email your product information and the reason you wish to return the non-defective item, and your concerns will be addressed. Lynn's Home Living wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, so every effort will be made to reach an amicable resolution. A refund will be reduced by any restocking fee and the shipping amount. If the product was shipped for free, the actual shipping will be deducted, and customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
